1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-B)(a),26,35 of the Arms Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos.1 and 2 are aged about 19 years and petitioner no.3 is about 25 years and the informant alleges that on account of dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71637 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 relating to money Jitendra and Mantu assaulted his uncle on 20.05.2025. Accordingly, informant and his family members went to the house of Jitendra to confront when Jitendra and his son Pappu abused and ousted them from their house thereafter on 21.05.2025 Jitendra, Mantu, Nitish and Bigan came and Jitendra and Pappu assaulted him and his family members by pistol causing injury to Gorakh on head. Further, police was informed and the house of Jitendra was searched from where two country-made pistol along with five live cartridges were recovered and the seizure was videographed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners have no concern or relation with Jitendra. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. It is also submitted that dispute was in between Jitendra and uncle of the informant on account of which the occurrence is alleged to have taken place, but then, petitioners support Jitendra, as such, they came to be implicated with general and omnibus allegation.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.71637 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P. S. Case No.346 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
