The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6168 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she has no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.
