The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise PS Case No. 386 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 20 litres of country made liquor and 1400 KG of raw mixture has been recovered.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.

Considering the criminal antecedent of similar nature,
