2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Kadirganj P. S. Case No. 306 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution story, in brief, is that on 26.11.2024 at about 9 AM, daughter of the informant went to school but did not return till 4 PM. During search, informant came to know that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, kidnapped her daughter who is still traceless.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is brother of co-accused Kaushal Kumar, against whom there is specific accusation of kidnapping. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that victim is still traceless, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
