2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in Panchayat Election as Mukhiya and during nomination, she had filed wrong caste certificate.

4. Mr. S.B.K.Mangalam, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in her application for grant of caste certificate, due to mistake, she mentioned address of her in-laws

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73348 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 house in place of her native place. She is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K.Mani, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
