2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 316(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he did not return the loan amount, which was granted to him, by Semariya PACS.
4. By way of filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already deposited the defalcated amount i.e. Rs. 1,54,096/- (One Lakh fifty four thousand ninety six only) in the office of Semariya PACS. Copy of receipt of deposit and certificated are annexed at Annexure 2 to the supplementary affidavit. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench, vide orders annexed at Annexure 3 (series) to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 344 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
