2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased and the murder weapon has been recovered pursuant to the statement of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 26.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the serious allegation of murder against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
