Mr. Smt. Sharda Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 232/2018, instituted under Sections 341, 506 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 12 of POCSO Act. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner used to tease the informant for the last one month. It is alleged that on 04.06.2018 near Rajdhani Apartment, this petitioner pulled the Dupatta of informant and told her that he will perform marriage with her. Thereafter the boy was apprehended by the father of informant and other neighbouring persons. He disclosed his name as petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48607 of 2018(5) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 as per F.I.R. the petitioner was teasing the victim for about one year, but no F.I.R. was lodged with regard to the same. No such occurrence has taken place. It is mentioned in para 10 of the bail petition that parents of petitioner undertakes to take all care of the petitioner so that such type of occurrence may not be committed by the petitioner in future.

Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 05.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 232/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
