2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and others have assaulted the victim. All together 13 persons are said to have assaulted the victim but only one injury has been found.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid circumstances creates doubts over the prosecution story.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79000 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM X, East Champaran, Mothiari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
