2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 365 of 2025 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 485 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 109, 127(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The main assailant of the deceased is one Supari Mahto, and the petitioner along with other accused persons had accompanied him at the time of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Barh (Patna)/ concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 365 of 2025 arising out of Barh P.S.
