This is an application for regular bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of some stolen articles from their house.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S.
