The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that only a live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.309 of 2019, with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65541 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
