Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.183 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 324, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is no allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner, who is 70 years old and other coaccused, similarly situated, namely, Dinesh Sah @ Dinesh Saw, Suresh Yadav, Puran Singh and Bishundeo Yadav have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.35460 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015, 55892 of 2015 dated 15.12.2015, 17426 of 2016 dated 10.05.2016 and 27523 of 2016 dated 13.07.2016 respectively.

No.43437 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.183 of 2014.
