The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but it is recovered from the dicky of the motorcycle. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and he is languishing in judicial custody since 17.09.2019. He further submits that another co-accused has been granted the privilege of bail vide order dated 25.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 65000 of 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
