Petitioners seek bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. The present first information report has been lodged after a month of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
