Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner rather general and omnibus allegation. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 13916 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71776 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Phuli Dumar) P.S.
