Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 376/511, 354 (B), 436/511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of POCSO Act. Allegation against petitioner is of misbehaving with the informant and her sister and attempt to set her room on fire by sprinkling petrol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. This case is counter case which was lodged by informant. Both parties at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54283 of 2018(4) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 litigating term. He is in custody since 19.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018.
