The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is in custody since 3.10.2019. Twice his application for bail has been rejected.

In the first instance, this Court directed the trial to be concluded within a period of nine months. When the trial could not be concluded within the aforenoted period, the petitioner again preferred an application for bail which was rejected because of the accusation against him but, a further direction was given to the Trial court to conclude the trial without any delay preferably within next six months.

The information provided by the counsel for the Informant as also the current status report discloses that only the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6098 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Doctor is left to be examined in this case.

Considering this stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner but, this Court directs the Trial court to conclude the trial within a period of four months positively failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again.

The petition stands disposed of.
