2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103, 238, 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, some unknown persons committed murder of younger brother and son of informant and threw their dead-bodies near railway track.

4. Petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar Singh. Till date, no T.I.P. has been held. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025.
