The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.4 and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13260 of 2017 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 respondent no.4 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no.4 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, considering the observation of the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
