Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S.Case No.132 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the IPC has also been added.
As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the deceased causing his death and the dispute was with respect to raising of chujja.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner whereas there is case and counter case and the occurrence took place when the panchayati was going on and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64702 of 2019(3) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 considering the same the other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 14.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22680 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha P.S.Case No.132 of 2018 dated 15.7.2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
