This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lutua P.S. Case No.08 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have killed the daughter of the informant.

Though the allegation is of committing murder but the Police has submitted charge-sheet under section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
