The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case no. 66 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that seven persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner reached at the Power Grid and started to give pressure to stop the electric supply and got succeeded in the same due to that reasons, the electricity department suffered loss of Rs. 60,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46576 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 non-supply of the electric power in the village of the petitioner, the petitioner had gone to made complaint at the power grid and some halt talks were exchanged, but due to ulterior motive, this case has been lodged only to give pressure.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
