The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019 in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the motorcycle, which was found abandoned, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions
