JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 18-07-2018 In the matter of converting a Primary Health Centre into a Community Health Centre and constructing a new building to shift the Centre, this Public Interest Litigation has been filed seeking a mandamus not to construct the building or shift the Primary Health Centre from the area in question. The issue involved in the matter is not controlled by any statutory rule, regulation or provision. It is an administrative matter based on policy of the State Government and we are not inclined to interfere into the matter.
