Petitioner is accused in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 506/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
