2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 300/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/364/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2023.

3. The deadbody of the victim was recovered. F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The petitioner was suspected in the murder. There is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner
