The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Town PS Case No.208/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 448, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the injured person sustained multiple injury on the finger and head and the opinion about the some injuries are kept reserved with respect to the son of the

As per FIR, the petitioner no.1 has assaulted the son of the informant by Talwar on head, against petitioner nos. 4 an 5 and other accused persons is of assault by lathi-danda to the informant and other petitioners are also named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and except the petitioner no.1, no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the son of the informant has received injuries and opinion was kept reserved..
Having heard both sides. So far petitioner no.1 above named is concerned, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him and he is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail.
So far petitioner nos. 2 to 6, above named are concerned, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Town P.S.Case No.208/2019
