Patna High Court CWJC No.16754 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 petitioner has filed an application before the C.O., Beldaur, Khagaria with respect to measurement of his land vide application dated 29.09.2024 which is pending before the said authority and he prayed for direction for early disposal of the said pending application.

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the C.O., Beldaur, Khagaria to dispose of the petition dated 29.09.2024 expeditiously in accordance with law which is pending before him.
