1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.06.2023 passed by the learned Collectorcum-District Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram in Anganbadi Sevika Appeal No.15 of 2019 by which the learned Appellate Authority has confirmed the order passed by learned District Programme Officer, Rohtas, Sasaram issued vide memo No.357 dated 26.03.2019 as well as for quashing of order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15969 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 26.03.2019 passed by respondent No.5 i.e. D.P.O., Rohtas, Sasaram has cancelled the selection of the petitioner as Angabadi Sevika of Anganbadi Centre, Bisodehri, Ward No.10, Gram Panchayat- Bhokhari, Block- Kargahar, District- Rohtas on the ground of that the name of the petitioner is mentioned in two different places of voter list and the petitioner further prays for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner as Anganbadi Sevika of Anganbadi Centre- Bisodehri, Ward No.10, Gram PanchayatBhokhari, Kargahar, Rohtas."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
