====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of informant was solemnized with co-accused Md. Abdullah in the year 2015. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, inflicted cruelty upon the informant for bringing insufficient dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is Nandosi of the informant and he is simply victim of overimplication. Allegation against petitioner is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P. S. Case No. 197 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
