The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
