Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner and co-accused Sona Rai caught to the deceased (father of the informant) and other named persons gave dagger blow as a result whereof he died. The Doctor has found multiple injuries on the person of the deceased caused by pointed weapon.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2018.

Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, no independent witness

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34876 of 2018 (4) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 has supported the aforesaid allegation.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Revelganj Police Station Case No. 75 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
