Harun Quareshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned AC to AAG-7, for the State. Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel representing the State Election Commission, is present.

2. The petitioner by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction commanding upon the respondents to ensure constitution of territorial jurisdiction of Ward No. 23 not

Patna High Court CWJC No.18530 of 2022 dt.17-08-2023 2/2 in excess of forty seven hundred of voters at par with the direction of the Government of Bihar. He also seeks quashing of the letter, as contained in Memo No. 306/Nerwachan, dated 01.10.2022, issued by the Registrar Officer-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Madhubani.

3. A counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondents no. 6 and 7.

4. Having gone through the averments made thereof, it appears that for ventilating the grievance as aforenoted, the petitioner had approached the Nodal Officer-cum-SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Madhubani and after proper enquiry and hearing, the petition filed by the petitioner and others has already been disposed of.

5. In view of the subsequent development and considering the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner and others has already been disposed of, the present writ application got infructuous and, accordingly, the same is disposed of.
