2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given Tangi blow on the head of informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such incident, as alleged in the F.I.R., took place. As a matter of fact, on the eve New Year, both parties were celebrating New Year's party, in which alleged incident took place. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.07.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Kauakol P.S.
