The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing vehemently for sometime realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the Circle Officer by filing a mutation application seeking mutation of the land described in the writ application in pursuance of order dated 18.06.1983 in Title Suit No.1131 of 1981.
