That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order(s) and direction(s) for commanding the respondents to take suitable forceful and effective action against the respondents, who have looted the Jewellery house of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.17710 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 with connivance of the police of Pakribarawan, in board day light on 2.10.2024, i.e. Wednesday, around 11.30 A.M. at Pakribarawan, DistrictNawada. The petitioner further prays for recovery of the costly articles i.e. jewellery and other items and for payment of appropriate compensation to the tune of Rs. 30 lacs, in the interest of Justice." 2.

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and / or avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
