1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That petitioners prays, by this writ application, for a direction to the respondents authority to appoint the petitioners on the post of Fourth Class Employee in the various offices of Siwan District, as per the Advertisement No./01/2017-18; which has been issued by the office of District Magistrate, Siwan on 03.04.2017, because petitioners are eligible as

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
