2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagengola P.S.Case No. 95 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 363A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act.

3. The FIR was registered against unknown for kidnapping the victim girl. During the investigation, it has come that petitioner had kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2023.
