The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 dated 10.06.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the FIR but has been remanded from another case viz. Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019 in which also the accusation against the petitioner was on the basis of suspicion. In the aforesaid case, the petitioner has been granted bail. In the other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he has been remanded in those cases only after he was arrested in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019. Even in some of those cases, the

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner which is based only on suspicion and the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.
