2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. 369 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offense and the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.- II,Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 964 of 2023.
