JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jokihat PS Case No. 191 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 354, 337, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute all family members have been implicated in this case including the female members who are petitioners in this case. The specific allegation of assault is only against Nezam who is not the petitioner here. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Nd, Afroz @ Afroz, Bibi Nazmun, Bibi Shabnam @ Shabana and Bibi Kaushri in the event of their

No.50176 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Jokihat PS Case No. 191 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C..
