The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2022 in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 356 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the deceased is the wife of the petitioner and both have solemnized love marriage and the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2022, this application is allowed.

The petitioner above named be released on bail, after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection

The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial then the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner shall mark his presence in the Parsa Bazar Police Station, District-Patna in 1st Sunday of every month, failing which, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall stand dismissed.
