The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019 in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 212/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401/34of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were not from the possession of the petitioner, but from the one co-accused against Ejaz Khan. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
