The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner had no knowledge that Bhuwar Kumar Raut have no valid document of motorcycle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
