Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application the petitioner has surrendered before the learned Court below itself and he has been granted regular bail by the learned Court below itself as such he seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present anticipatory bail application becomes infructuous.
