2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that from possession of this petitioner, one country made pistol, five live cartridges, one mobile and one bike were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. From perusal of the seizure list, it is clear that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71911 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 witnesses are police personnel. The petitioner is having antecedents of three cases. It is submitted that the petitioner has been framed in this case only on the basis of criminal antecedents. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.85 of 2025.
