1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That this application is being filed for issuance of a direction to terminate/remove the respondent no.4 from the post of Assistant Teacher, Lalit Narayan Primary-cum-Middle Sanskrit School, Murli, District-Supaul, after holding that his appointment is illegal and contrary to law and rules and further recover the amount from the respondent no.4 which has been illegally paid to him by way of salary."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
