JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have been apprehended while driving the stolen tractor and thereafter, the connected FIR was registered against the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is merely a driver, who is engaged in driving work for the purposes of his livelihood.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail
