The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 36 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 05.08.2017. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. It is alleged that 36 litres of country made wine is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of section 100 of the Cr.P.C. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the
